Refund Policy

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for amount paid to Boolean for courses.

Refund Eligibility

Non-Refundable Portion: A non-refundable portion of 15% of the total course fee applies in all cases.
Withdrawal Before Classes Begin: If you withdraw before classes start, you'll receive a refund of all fees paid, *excluding* the non-refundable 15%.
Course Discontinuation (After Start): No refunds are issued if you discontinue or are unable to complete the course after classes have begun. For monthly payers discontinuing an ongoing batch, no refund is applicable for previous months.
Batch Cancellation (By Boolean): If we cancel a batch, you can choose a full refund (including the 15%) or be accommodated in a new batch.

Request Deadline: Refund requests must be made within 1 week *or* 5 hours into the course, whichever comes first. Requests after this period will not be considered.
Processing Time: Approved refunds (for pre-start withdrawals) are processed within 10 business days.
Method: Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
